Sibtain Nandjy is the Director of Pharmaceutical Compliance and Clinical Risk Management at Langdale Care Homes. He holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) and brings over a decade of experience as a pharmacist store manager at Boots. In his current role, Sibtain oversees all aspects of medication management, providing training and support while liaising with healthcare professionals, families, GPs, and pharmacies. He is dedicated to innovating practices that enhance safety and efficiency in medication management, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents and fostering a culture of compliance within the organisation.
