Our journey in residential care marked the beginnings of our growth. However, Langdale Heights emerged as the unexpected turning point in our narrative. It was our inaugural Nursing Home and addressed the profound disquiet we felt with residential care’s limitations. Facing the reality of having to relocate a beloved resident because we couldn’t provide the necessary clinical care was intolerable. We realised the imperative need to enhance our expertise and fortitude to deliver unparalleled nursing care.

Langdale Heights isn’t just a home; it is a grand residence with an even grander heart, and a personality to match! Having integrated this novel approach, with a renewed focus on comprehensive, person-centred healthcare, this foundation of knowledge spurred us to upgrade all our facilities to include nursing care. This transformation has granted our residents the possibility of a permanent home.

Langdale Heights aims to astonish every visitor. Tucked away from the bustling Burton Road, a lengthy driveway leads to a verdant, tranquil haven that invites every individual to breathe deeply and merge with nature. Its expansive grounds replace the hustle of daily life with the tranquillity of wildlife, enabling residents and visitors alike to savour the lively conversations of birds, the antics of cheeky squirrels, and the charm of furry rabbits.

Currently accommodating 31 residents, Langdale Heights works closely with local authorities to deliver care suited to the preferences and unique of each resident. This is a home committed to providing exceptional care and creating a nurturing environment for all.
